These pages are informational. There is no checkout, no login, no comment box and no form anywhere on the site, so the amount of data involved is small by design.

Data We Handle

Aggregate analytics, where used, record which pages were opened, roughly which region the visit came from, what type of device was involved, and which listing links were clicked. The click data is the part we care about, because it tells us whether a comparison of, say, the basic entry ticket against a combo tour with Kuala Lumpur landmarks actually helped someone decide. It shows whether a page is useful. It does not identify anybody. We hold no names, no email addresses, no passport details and no payment card details, for the simple reason that we never ask for them and have nothing to sell you.

Cookies And Third-Party Embeds

Analytics tools set their own cookies. If a page embeds a map showing the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre location, that map loads from its provider at render time, and the provider may set cookies under its own privacy policy rather than this one.

When you click through to a live booking page for an Aquaria KLCC ticket or a combo tour, the booking platform sets its own cookie so the referral can be recognised. Those cookies belong to the platform and sit under its privacy policy, not this one. The same applies to any operator site you reach from here: once you leave, you are on somebody else's terms. The disclosure page names the parties involved and explains the arrangement in plain language.

Things This Site Avoids

• Sell or share visitor data with anyone.
• Place ad-network scripts, tracking pixels or retargeting cookies on any page.
• Request an email address. No newsletter signup and no user accounts exist here.
• Take payments, reserve an entry slot or process a booking. Every transaction, from a $13 (checked September 2026) admission e-ticket to a full-day city combo, happens on the operator's own system, never here.
• Host a contact form. The contact page is a plain mailto link, so an email to us travels through your own mail provider and nowhere else.

Hosting

The site is served through a web host and CDN that keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We do not query those logs to identify visitors or tie visits to individuals.

Your Choices

Browser tracking protection, a content blocker or a Do Not Track setting will each stop any analytics script, and nothing on the site breaks when they do. Every page works with JavaScript switched off apart from the mobile menu.
